For mounting base plate posts into solid masonry objects such as brick, block or concrete slabs. These are expensive and difficult to find in local stores but they don't rust. Masonry bits are not included. You must pre-drill a 5/16" hole using a hammer drill. Recommended for use with aluminum but not necessary.
