If for any reason you need to return your standard EZ rail, there will be a fifteen percent restocking fee. Also the buyer will be responsible for shipping fees. If you cancel before we ship the order, only the restocking fees apply–restocking fees may be waved if your order was not filled. You must also contact us within 45 days of the railing being shipped in order to receive any refund. Customer railings that have been heavily modified to your specific dimensions cannot be returned for a full refund, however, we are often able to make alterations to your railing in order to fix issues. In situations where we are at fault we ship a replacement railings at no cost to you, but we use standard ground shipping only. We give much attention to these modifications and usually prepare drawings for your approval, so you can confer with us and order with confidence!
