When you place your order with Zottola Fab we fabricate your railings as soon as possible. After payment, your order is fabricated and shipped within three to five business days. We usually ship via UPS but reserve the right to ship by alternate methods. Rates are calculated by weight, size, and destination to one of eight shipping zones. This charge is calculated at checkout or by calling into the office. Customized rail may incur additional charges.
Alaska, Hawaii, certian Western US destinations, and foriegn countries
The size and weight of the packages are often cost prohibitive to ship to certian locations. We sometimes will have to revise a shipping quote for certian remote western zip codes where shipping prices are more in line with Alaska and Hawaii prices. We always reserve the right to contact a customer for added shipping cost or the order will have to be canceled and the original payment will be completely refunded.
